Shawn Hale Qualifed 4th and finished 7th overall in this years Damn Am.  Congrats Shawn… keep pushing! Also, Andrew Cannon made the Semi’s in a sperm costume. Photos snagged from TW Skateboarding. 

Shawn recently was down in Orlando for Surf Expo, where he won some money placing at the best trick contest. But the next day Shawn qualified first and ended up taking home 3rd place and a thousand bucks! Congrats Shawn. Rip harder next time will ya.

Annie Higgie is a very original artist from Australia we just found out about. The Sydney based illustrator has a very unique style to her artwork. The shattered, distorted geometric images of people almost have a Volcom-type feel to them. I can totally picture a Volcom logo in a lot of these images. Nice work Anna, very awesome!

The Volcom European’s invaded Belgium and ripped the terrain up! Skateboarding is transcending mere boundaries, and Volcom’s got their finger on the pulse. Check out this action, then get away from the computer and skate a little before the boss comes back.

Volcom gets a lot of flack from me because they have tons of cash, and it seems that they are just milking the industry…but time after time they shut my fat mouth up with footage from the skate team such as this…here are the AMS proving me wrong again, Volcom has love for the game…as do I.
