The professionals in skateboarding get a lot of attention, and rightfully so, but things are changing a bit. Facedown Records has really been doing great things for the metal,hxc, and music scene as a whole. They’ve continually developed great music, and are growing by leaps and bounds. This is a great thing, considering that the rest of the music industry is suffering from poor sales all around. A dollar and a day late but here’s the crappy keystone vid. It’s filmed in two runs cause the weather was shitty and me and Gerrit just wanted to shred. Some Sundown Showdown footage in there as well. There was no sun coming down but the snow was coming down full force. A rail jam in the snow is pretty funny but filming it is another story.

Micah came along for the ride and she is the coolest. When I first met her she asked me for a mustachio sticker and when we came back the next day it was all cut out supernice on her helmet in the best spot. This day she bought me and Gerrit the biggest pizza we ate while we were in the US. Pretty cool eh?

Edit might strike you somewhat odd but turn the volume up and hear a lot of sampled rambling from my part. Hope you like it. Actually I don’t care. Making it was pretty fun. I know it sucks though.

We pack a ton of boxes here and love screwing around with the people we ship to. We draw rollerblades, rainbows, unicorns and all sorts of gay art work on the inside and put random things in with peoples stuff to mess with them. So the other day we needed to mail  Andrew Cannon a reimbursement check for the AZ trip.  Instead of sending it regular mail with a stamp… we decided to waste some cardboard and send it fed ex.  Enjoy!

Surf photographer, Ryan Miller, sent us a video the other day of some epic party footage of him and a few mates.  It was shot in Scotland a few weeks ago while everyone was there for the Oneill Highland Open in Thurso. We had no idea what we were in for….. These guys were going totally nuclear at some radical euro club. There was wild trance dancing, double-dutch jump roping, and an enough air humping to make your head spin.  He said to put it up on the blog… We emailed him back to double check and his response was,”Fuck yeah blow that thing up!!!!!!!!”….. so here it is!  I am sure you will see some familiar faces.  Enjoy!
