After heading out to Surf Expo in Orlando, I expected to come back excited about sweet new t-shirts, stylin’ sunglasses, and badass wakeboard graphics. Although there were definitely some of those, I came back stoked on an unexpected product…. Golf clubs. That’s right, I found some noteworthy golf clubs for those that participate in the more traditional sport, but are tired of it being the one area in your life that lacks that necessary steez.
Dbot5 is a company that creates a completely random mix of products; speakers for wakeboard towers, travel bags, t-shirts, and yes, golf clubs. The thing that catches your eye about these clubs at first is the bags. The golf bags come in a classic black, hail mary neon green, and hail mary hot pink. But it doesn’t stop at style, the clubs are a bonafide high quality set; all you golfers can check out the specs here: Hail Mary Pinks. or fall in love with the Hail Mary greens after the jump…

We told you we are doing a feature soon on Jon Kooley and Seth Huot’s bikes. It’s coming soon so be patient. Jeremy Jones just hit us up too and says he wants in on the gig. Jeremy has been riding here in SLC with Kooley and Huot for the passed year or so and these guys are now “fully addicted”. Stay tuned for some rad stuff popping soon from the SLC shred camp.

Our friends over at Nikita wanted to be nice and hook up the chicks who ride, with a chance to win a bunch of free clothes. We said, ok let’s do a contest. So starting today girls, you can upload a blog post to the Nikita Contest page for a chance to win. Basically how it works is you add your blog post with photos, video etc. Then people will vote for their favorite blog. The top 3 vote-getters at the end of three months will be judged by Nikita and a winner will be chosen on Monday, November 17th!
So be creative, have fun with it, and get as many votes as you can because winter is on it’s way and it will be nice to have some brand new threads from a fresh brand like Nikita!

Went over to Seth Huot’s house yesterday with Rob Mathis, to take some pics of Seth’s Harley. Jon Kooley cruised over and joined the shoot as well. It was hot as hell in Seth’s garage but we managed to put together a pretty decent photo Seshn while Kooley told some hilarious stories about his love/hate relationship with his bike he built from ground up.
Watch out for more on what went down at ‘Seth Coast Customs’ coming to you soon.

A little while ago eesa’s team rider Tim Humphries stopped by the offices here at eesa to do a photoshoot for the upcoming catalog. We paired Tim up with eesa’s new Arcade sock so what better place to do a photoshoot than an arcade? We ventured into Burlington to hit up Pizza Putt, the pictures can explain the rest of the story. After a while we ended up with a couple hundred tickets which was enough to get a rather large bag of Tootsie Rolls. We were stoked. Then we proceeded to play a few holes of mini golf. It was Agatha, Jules, and I against Tim. We won by a long shot. A big thanks to Tim for playing along all day and winning us that bag of Tootsie Rolls.
Check out the Photo Gallery after the jump…

The Mustachio recently sat down with Nima Jalili to talk about Ashbury Eyewear and what the story is behind it. It is a great interview as expected but it’s cool to see a company doing something completely different and out of the ordinary.
